Welcome to Artificial Intelligence School (“AI School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, courses, programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Use of services
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Payment terms
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new enrollments.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase, except where we are legally required to collect them.
Refund policy
Live cohort programs
A refund may be requested only after attending the first live session of a cohort. Refunds are granted entirely at the discretion of AI School administration and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests submitted before the first session or after the second session of a cohort will not be considered.
Self-paced courses
Self-paced courses, on-demand programs, downloadable resources, and pre-recorded materials are non-refundable once purchased. Please review the course outline carefully before enrolling.
Certification exam fees
Certification exam fees and credential issuance fees are non-refundable.
Corporate programs
Refunds for corporate and team training programs are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the email address on the original enrollment within the eligibility window. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Intellectual property
Our content
All content on our platform, including courses, materials, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AI School or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
License grant
Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Prohibited conduct
Content sharing
Sharing, redistributing, or reselling course materials, login credentials, or certificates is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Harmful activities
You may not use our services to transmit malware, engage in phishing, harass others, or interfere with the security or integrity of our platform.
Misrepresentation
Providing false information, impersonating others, or misusing certificates or credentials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Disclaimers & limitations
Educational purposes
Our courses are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or job placements.
Service availability
We strive to maintain continuous access to our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Dispute resolution
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AI School is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court.
Class action waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
